Escrow Services
Kalohouse acts as a trusted third party, holding your funds securely until all conditions of the property transaction are met.
What is Escrow?
Escrow is a financial arrangement where a trusted third party (Kalohouse) holds and regulates the payment of funds between the buyer and the seller. This ensures that neither party is at risk during the transaction.
In real estate, this means your payment is held safely until the property owner fulfills their obligations — delivering the property as described, completing all documentation, and transferring ownership.
